Amazing Deviled Eggs
Deviled eggs are a classic side dish or hors devours to serve especially during Easter. But don't let that stop you from making them throughout the year. They are incredibly easy to make and oh so tasty!
Servings: 6 people
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise 58g
- 1 Tbsp. of milk 1%, 2%, Whole (15ml)
- 1/4 tsp. ground mustard 1g
- 1/8 tsp. salt less than 1 g
- 1/8 tsp. paprika then use more for dusting the tops (less than 1 g)
- pinch of ground pepper optional
- pinch of garlic powder optional

After your eggs have cooled. Crack and remove the eggshells.
Slit the eggs lengthwise with a knife then carefully remove the egg yolks. Place the egg yolks in a medium bowl.
Add the milk, mayonnaise, mustard, and salt and any other optional ingredients you may like, to the bowl with your egg yolks. Combine them all together with a fork or spoon. Adding more milk as necessary for your desired smoothness. Optionally you can smash the egg yolks separately first then add the other ingredients.
Add the filling to each egg white half using a small spoon or place the filling in a piping bag. Once you are done top them off with some paprika to give it that classic red color on top.
Serve immediately or cover and store in the fridge until you want to serve them. Enjoy!
